Youth (<21 jaar): € 75
Choirs 5-9 members: € 85
Choirs 10-19 members : € 100
Choirs 20-49 members : € 110
Choirs 50-74 members : € 120
Choirs 74-99 members : € 130
Choirs > 100: € 140
The costs must be paid within 3 weeks after participation is confirmed. Participation is determined by drawing lots.
What do you get
Each choir is assigned two performances on different stages. Sometimes a third performance is possible, depending on the size of the choir, music equipment and available locations. Each choir gets 30 minutes ‘stage time’, which includes entry and exit of the stage. For choirs with a combo, the performances are scheduled on the same stage.
RotjeKoor offers about 23 stages for small ensembles (minimum 5 singers) and large choirs (maximum 125 singers). The stages and sound are of high quality. The participating choirs get individual attention through our website and social media posts.
With RotjeKoor you will experience a lovely and atmospheric day in the centre of Rotterdam. Choirs are scheduled at unique and special ‘Rotterdam’ locations or can sing spontaneously together at terraces. RotjeKoor is a choir festival where you can perform two or three times and also enjoy many other choirs.
RotjeKoor is free for public and has no competition elements.
Conditions
REGISTRATION FEE
If the registration fee is not paid within 1 month after confirmation of placement, the registration and provisional placement will lapse. Several payment reminders will be sent.
The registration fee will not be refunded if
- – a choir withdraws within six weeks before the date of the festival
- – a choir comes with less members than registered
- – a choir doesn’t show up
Of course, the RotjeKoor-organization is willing to discuss a different decision in exceptional cases.
THIRD PARTY INSURANCE
RotjeKoor is not liable for damage to choir equipment. We advise choirs to arrange legal liability insurance.
